CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellations made within 24 hours of your expected appointment will be subject to 25% of the service booked. It is my goal to provide you and all other clients with the best service possible. With respect to that, if you arrive more than 15 minutes late it will be considered a missed appointment and will be subject to the policy as stated above. At that point we will need to reschedule your appointment to another date and/or time. Thank you for respecting my time and the time of the other clients i serve.
